Every mid-month, we change our focus from being a bit over-focused what a scale may say about us. Today, let's forget the scale and share something that is going well in our lives. Many times, what is shared is that clothes fit better or someone can climb a flight of stairs that they were not able to do in the past. What is well and good with you?
For me, my foundation goals are to be able to move flexibly; have the strength to do the activities that I love to do (ride horses; hike in the desert; play with the grandchildren); and be fit-for-my-lifestyle. The UAC gives me the accountability to support and achieve my most precious goals. For many years, I have maintained my current clothing sizes too.
What about you? What is happening with you?

My favorite day is here!
Building muscle nicely & now I have to find a mountain to get my heart rate up, walking!
Making some art every day (lifelong dream), and I’m pleased with it. I see growth!
I love to run up stairs now.
Went into clothing store & mediums fit. What!?!?!?
Pre-Prepped salad veggies & greens twice last week!
I’m enjoying the look of my new body, which is quite a shift for me. I love my energetic liveliness and drastically improved health/fitness. I have more & more times when I feel lean.
Arm is fully healed & painfree @ 6 months. Yay!!

Going from a size 16 to a size 12.
Having energy to play with my grandkids.
Going on hikes with my kids.
Having my hubby say; wow when I dress up.
Looking in the mirror and seeing Me and knowing I really can do this !!17 -
Yes x 2 + No x 1. No exercise. Ill today. Tonsillitis. Resting and trying to recover.
As requested, posted my video from Sunday's drone racing. Added comments in the subtitles
First part is the race that had my fastest lap. Second short bit is what happens when it does not go to plan.
To give an indication of speed, the main straight is about 90 meters from first gate to 3rd gate. This is travelled in just under 3 seconds. That makes speed on that section round 70mph (> 30 meters per second).11 -

I LOVE seeing someone saying "Making some art every day (lifelong dream), and I’m pleased with it. I see growth!"
maybe some day, it will even be me.
In the meantime .... I am the art form .... via dance. Expressed myself though dance (all kinds over the years) for most of my life. Jack (Jill?) of all styles, master of none.
Finally not only getting back to dancing around the house .... but getting into a form / style I was not previously acquainted with ... Latin ballroom variations (Salsa, Samba, Merengue, Paso Doble, and Jive). Simultaneously moving from ONLY my much-loved and not en TIRE ly discarded LISS jogging on the mini-trampoline to including Higher Intensity items that are measurably:- improving my Body Fat % without sacrificing Lean Body Mass (thank you @bisonpitcher for originally pointing me at a website where I could check this regularly with minimal body measurement input
- extending my over-all range of motion in a way that jogging on the spot can't, and
- making me USE my arms and upper back more (I've always had great cardio-vascular, and leg strength - even when heavy.... maybe with this program I will finally manage full on straight leg push-ups eventually)
My newest favourite saying ....

Last month I had blood work done and numbers were down and normal. This Sunday, I noticed that when I walk in the house I don't always need my Oofos Recovery Flip Flops to walk. I'm noticing that without them I do not feel the pain from plantar fasciitis anymore. Hope it's gone for good!!10 -

- I once again fit into a dress that I love, and I'll be wearing it for Easter this weekend.
- My blood pressure and pulse are both lower than they were when I checked them at the beginning of April.
- I've been adding more variety to my meals and really enjoying my meal prep.
@craigo3154, thanks for sharing the video. It didn't occur to me it would be from the drone's POV (I was thinking more "camera on the finish line" style), and that was very fun to watch! Glad the drone survived that crash at the end!
Thanks to everyone who's shared so far. It's so empowering to read everyone's accomplishments. I'll make sure and come back again tomorrow to read more.8 -
