A bit gutted Iβve had to use a pass this early but it was already planned since before I joined the challenge. Got a day on the beer booked for next Saturday for the grand national day, but other than that I should be ok for the rest of the month.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - barely hungry today, had to actively think about eating enough (a rarity for me) so Iβm not miserable and headachey tomorrow!
