Good morning.
Worked like a dog yesterday. Started cleaning around 830, finished around 2. Charged a large amount which they were happy to pay and they insisted on buying us lunch. Can't go wrong there.
I tweaked my back helping Henry yesterday morning. It was fine most of the day, until around 1. It is really causing me grief.
Took the kids to dinner last night.
Need to clean around here today and do laundry, etc.
I need for my back to let me move around.
I did manage to order planters for the patio. Metal ones. I'm looking at outdoor patio heaters next..

Sam, don't send her ... Dfil is NOT a fan of women in general. He usually will barely even speak to them. Dmil was the only woman he EVER even dated, and when she died, he retreated into a little manly fortress that he protects with all kinds of psychological barriers.
Dave, you're still about 15 degrees warmer than us! But we're happy for this ... it's not snowing. And, if it warms up too soon, the tulips will be early and Tulip Time will be a Stem Festival.
Dennis, do you know what they're serving at the BBQ? If there's watermelon and corn on the cob, that will take up most of a plate for 0 and then you can enjoy whatever protein is available. I love BBQs on this program! So many options!

We had next-door neighbors move in yesterday, and my electric guitarist is coming to rehearse with me at 10am. I hope they don't hate us immediately! (translation: it will be loud for a bit.) Perhaps I should bake something.

Morning~
so far in iPhone boot camp! Who says you can't teach an old grunt new things! I was patient and he was receptive - so it was overall, a good experience. We grilled steaks and hung out here last night with neighbors and family. Had a good time.
Today is catching up on school and watching race.
Sorry to hear about back issues. Oi Vay! I don't envy that at all....

So glad that you and your da are playing nice, Skip. It takes two to tango. Burning steaks and drinking whisky is how me and me da bond. That and feats of strength. He's got forearms like Popeye.
Kinda gloomy morning here. Looks like it wants to rain. Temperature is nice.

We went out for dinner with SOs sister and her husband. I tolerate the guy, barely.
Got my winter planters emptied out yesterday of the browned evergreens, now the front of house look so bare. Mid May is about the time I will replant them.
This morning is food prep day for work week. Starting with veggie loaded egg bake. Then crudites with 0 fage dill dip. Marinaded chili lime chicken breast for grill tonite, with vegtable kabobs, enough for a couple lunches.
Laundry got done yesterday. We may go shop new toilets at Menards,, how fun does that sound! SO wants to replace 2 with elongated talls. I want a new kitchen faucet. Anytime Im willing to hang out at Menards with him, he's happy!
Enjoy the last day of March! Tomorrow's fools day.

Morning all.
Pretty much the only thing beside the garage that I miss about the house is the elongated toilets. How crazy is that.
Snowed about and inch at dads on Friday night. It is a muddy mess here. Going to have to wash the car when we get hime. Went to see nephew and his date at Promanade. Basically all the kids walk across the stage and pose for photos. Birthday party for 5yo today.1 -

Rain came through this morning, now much cooler.
Made it to early church and Sunday school, now time for a nap.
Once one gets use to elongated toilets it is hard to go back to round bowl, but in Asian regions one just has a small hole in floor.
Kelly, one needs to allow back to rest
Starting tomorrow have two oldest GK's for week of Spring Break,
I have Dr' appointment in big city in morning, will get to remember major reason I enjoy retirement.

Well, good day BBB friends.
I posted here several hours ago (or so I thought) and it is gone now. I don't think I said anything inapporpriate.
Allergies were really kicking in this morning, and I didn't sleep well, so we stayed home from church. The chair wasn't singing, either, so I didn't let anyone down. Still hope to get into the shop.
It is a beautiful spring day: sunny, 67 degrees, and our white flowering cherry tree is in full bloom. Too good to waste inside.
