Food plan - low carb
Intermittent Fasting - minimum 18:6 window
Exercise - min 5,000 steps per day

I haven't been active this week, so I likely haven't lost any weight, but I'm hoping that I haven't gained.0

I have met my food plan (for the most part), I've exceeded my 5k step goal everyday, but water is still a process.0

SW end of March: 150.5
CW: 149.6
GW for end of April: 146.6

I am not surprised by my results today:
4/5/19:
CW: 172 (no change from last week)
GW: 167 by end of April
My goals for the following week is sticking to low carb, lowering my fasting blood sugar, getting my steps in and calorie burn (minimum 5K), and fasting for at least 18 hours.

I forgot to check in on Friday, but I checked this morning and my weight hasn’t budged. I didn’t lose, but I didn’t gain either.
