Is every one getting out and getting some sun. That Winter was BRUTAL!!!!

    Yes, I went out for a long run (20 miles) on Sun., but did it in KS. I've done some shorter runs during the week here in IA, but have just got back to running after a surgery. With 3 races over the next 3 weeks (Marathon 4/6 in AR; Marathon 4/13 in KS; and 50K 4/20 in MO), I'll hopefully get more sun than rain.

    Unfortunately, April 1st is New Year's (new fiscal year for my company) and I work in accounting... so I've been putting in some long days this week and will only get out for a run probably 2 evenings all week.
