    Good Morning BBB.
We are doing our plastic pickup this morning - we do have a plan "B" area to clean if someone as already cleaned the targeted area.
    Rain moving in this afternoon.
I had to submit more documents for our construction loan - hopefully this is the last of it and we will be done with the PITA stuff.
David - you are amazing - your work and those pics are suitable for a gallery.
Sam - enjoy he new ears
    Do good out there everyone.

    Mornin' BBB.

Raine, one of my clients just got a pup from Maranatha. Just going to be a companion dog, but oh my what a nice boy.

That is a good sign that you have to have a plan "B" for plastic clean up. Competition means that there is good awareness of the problem.

DW is getting buried in DMIL's estate stuff. Spent all day with lawyer yesterday.

Lisa, you need to publish the book of Lisa-isms. Luv me sum "badkitten".

Can you hear me now, Sam?

Dennis, any news on the biopsy?

    BBB OP ;-)

    Good morning.
Sam, glad you got yourself some new ears!

I agree with Lee, Lisa needs to have a book with her quirky, hilarious sayings. Badkitten got me laughing.

Raine, glad things are coming along.

Steph, coming to Indiana anytime soon?

Busy day as usual followed by dinner with parents of 6 who desperately need a night out! HA.
    No cooking for me.

All is quiet here this morning.

    Good morning.

I'd never be able to go to daycare if a poop sample was required.

    Good morning BBB friends.

Good for you Raine, plastic trash is a big issue out here, too.

    Happy birthday Maddie.

Rita was coughing all night, so I didn't get much sleep either. This too will pass.

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • This is one influential group. We have a POTHOA and a BADKITTEN.
    • Great bowl Dave. A real piece of art.
    • Biopsy is scheduled for next Monday afternoon. I'll be glad to have it behind me, so to speak.
    • Lou didn't comment on the new Chicago mayor. Is there a message in the silence?
    • Enjoy a day at home tomorrow Steph.
    • Hey Bob. I hope things are going well.

    Good Morning,
DMIL came upstairs this morning around 8, said bus was going to pick her up. DW ask did she call them. No but she signed up for trip so they are suppose to pick her up. She sat on front porch till about 9 then comes inside complaining they had forgotten her. She call Senior Transportation, they tell her they had already been through here and had no records of her wanting a ride today. She had signed up at senior center for a trip, but never told anyone she would need a ride to senior center. DW is taking her to senior center to get her away from here for a while.
Get so tired of seeing trash littered along road ways, have noticed main problem is folks with pickups throw trash in bed and it blows out as they go down the road. Need to fine folks and make them spend a few weekends picking up trash them maybe they will secure their trash.
Plastic bags, Styrofoam cups and plastic water bottles are main issues here; can really cause problems in water for fish, turtles, and birds. When on lake always having to fish out trash folks let blow out of boats.
Don't worry Dennis it will be behind, fingers crossed for you,
Beautiful day here sunny and going to mid 70's, rain overnight,
Sounds as many are doing too much office work; all work and no play makes one very dull
    Enjoy the Day,

Interesting comments on litter, MKE has just in the last couple weeks changed law of littering to $500 flat fine if caught. We have litter being thrown out of moving car windows like that's what you're suppose to do! Done with your McD's or BK meal and drink, toss it out the car window! Now to enforce it the fine....

We had more pick up litter campaigns as youth as well. And went out in groups, be it with school, scouts, church youth groups, etc. to spend a weekend day picking up trash....
Give a hoot, don't pollute / don't be a litter bug comes to mind.

Is it a lack of respect, lack of being taught, lack of giving a kitten about your surroundings, etc. these days? Yes all of the above, and then some.

With risk of injecting ideology - there was something to be said about Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his chain gang posse in their pink jump suits  - simple solution to a tough problem.

3 hours today finalizing HOA petition documents. I have a new respect for lawyers! Oi vay! I think I have a strong pen - but this has been a tough document to get through the legal eagles and ready for distribution....

Prepping for two Public Hearings - now I have to shift to writing talking points for everyone to have a consistent message. 🍺🍺🍺 please!

Both candidates for Chicago mayor were going to be terrible for the city, so it didn't matter. At least with Lightfoot instead of Preckwinkle, we don't have upheaval at the county level and another special election.

But, seriously. Neither one is what Chicago needs. Chicago needs a Libertarian with a matching city council to straighten out the mess. Failing that, whoever is mayor is just figuring out deck chair arrangements on the Titanic.

Huh ... I hope I used the kitten thing correctly. I missed the posts where it was introduced, and was guessing that was the point of it. And I don't say the actual words, so .... yeah. I'm glad it made everyone laugh, though! Now to figure out if you're laughing WITH me or AT me ... ok, both are fine.

Our old church used to do community service stuff 1 Sunday morning out of every month as acts of worship instead of staying in the building to worship. We did some clean-ups, and I thought it was such a great idea! I've noticed a TON of trash by the highways this spring, too. It looks awful. Good for you, Raine, for helping out!

Skip, maybe Raine could help you with the documents?
Poor Rita ... she's had quite a winter!
Mary, you sound SO organized! That's awesome!

I just got home from a really great Bible study, my work week is over, tomorrow is my Friday video chat with my bestie in the morning and then date night at night, Saturday we're going to see Dd22 and her hubby in their new house (they closed on it last weekend), and then doing music for church Sunday night before we start it all over again. I love my life.
