How long until you guys was able to eat bread? I’m 14 months post op and too much bread still hurts me ☹️. I can’t have more then 3 bites and ya girl misses toast lol0

I can eat TOAST, but not really bread. I’m almost 10 months out. And it takes me forever. Like 45mins. And only that skinny 45 calorie stuff.
Bread is too dense and chewy. Toast is crispy.0 -
For dinner I sautéed some chicken tenderloin with some cumin and chili powder. Then added 1 cup salsa and 1 cup cottage cheese. I shredded one of them and mixed with some sauce and ate it with more quest chips.
(I served my husband his over cauliflower rice. He enjoyed it!)0 -
Ended the day at 1050 calories, 71 protein, 45 net carbs. Even with my toast, PB, banana, honey snack0
