    1. No one wants to hear about how you lost weight eating healthier and working out.
    2. It's not about the scale, measurements are more meaningful than scale loss.
    3. Exercise balance is important, strength, flexibility, and cardio all have their individual benefits.

    1. Yes, you do eat your exercise calories back
    2. LIFT - Don't just do cardio. You'll get skinny fat, and lifting is bad *kitten*
    3. Go slowly, don't be put off when things fluctuate (and it will). Be consistent. Be patient.

    1. Eat what you enjoy
    2. The whole point of dieting is so that when you do eat too much, it’s not an egregious mistake.
    3. Don’t let missing a day or three of exercise derail you.
