    @BMcC9 When I log exercise on MFP I put in a small nominal amount of calories burnt, then use my Fitbit calories as a gauge for extras if I need them. Of course, if the exercise isn't recognised by Fitbit, I put in the actual calories burnt. However, I don't tend to eat back my extra calories, so it's not really a big issue if Fitbit removes some exercise calories.

    Congrats on the xs top @lalabank !

    Yes x 3 for me. Exercise was a bare minimum 20 minutes on the stationary bike. Still under the weather.

    Will definitely be signing up for June. The scales have “been kind” to me this month but next month I need to take care to slow my pace of loss, so recognizing my efforts at exercise, tracking and staying under goal will be even more important.
