15th
I was all set to check in, but decided not to ruin everyone's NSV-day-parade with a winge. I felt really rough when I got home from work so went for a walk rather than the planned run, ate and logged dinner and was 35 calories over, discovered that the Garmin hadn't uploaded that morning's run, so forced that, sync'ed MFP hoping to sneak back under the calorie count, it only went and took even more calories off me leaving me 49 over target, so I ate a couple of rice cakes and went to bed early. Next morning, after my run and Garmin had sync'ed (but before I'd logged the rice cakes) I was 75 calories over target for the day before! I really must learn to move a bit more in my sleep! So that was a pass day.
16th, Thursday, no work. Kept busy, exercised, logged, didn't over eat calories! Non pass day.
17th, Friday, no work, waited (over 3 hours past the time it was scheduled for) for a phone call from the doc with blood test results, not good news. Went to IKEA for 2 specific items, neither was in stock. I managed to walk past the IKEA frozen yoghurt and drive past the yummy bakery without stopping! Was in a really foul temper as it was just a *kitten* day (technical term), daughter bought me a bag of jelly babies, they're still unopened. Despite it being a bad day, I did my exercise, logged and just scraped by under calorie target, and Garmin/MFP didn't conspire to steal all my spares. So another non-pass day.
18th, Saturday, parkrun day! Cycled there, parkrunned, went for a bike ride on the way home. I've eaten breakfast, snack bar, lunch at Costa (that was a lovely toastie), remembered my baked oatmeal in the fridge so had a slice of that, had dinner with a pudding (yoghurt, fruit and jelly) and still have 1300 calories left! Yay for the time, weather and inclination for a decent length bike ride. Still knackered but a much better day than yesterday! Third non-pass day in a row!9 -
Yes x 3. Tracked it all and had more than usual as was a 40th birthday celebration for my sister. However, managed to get myself a few extra calories by going to a 90 min yoga class and for a 90ish minute waddle in the countryside. Rain was forecast but instead it was a beautiful day. Happy Saturday to you all!5

I really enjoyed everyone's posts yesterday. We can all think about things that may not go well but we all have so much to be grateful for. I was encouraged by so many coulpes that have been together for so long. Many saying they are closer than ever.

Fortunately, it was a sunny day in between yesterday's deluge and this afternoon's deluge. Somehow we all feel like we are living in a semi-constant rain. Along with two dear friends, we went wildflower and native prairie plant hiking in our woodlands. Almost 90 minutes of squishy woodland trekking. It was such fun and good exercise too.
