Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 3 mile run outside today
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and slightly under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
I love reading everyone's NSVs! For me, right now my biggest NSV is still maintaining a 50+ weight loss -- July 1st will be 2 years. Although my main weight loss was a bit more than that and I'm working on losing the last few pounds again, my closet still fits, fitness continues to be a main part of my life, and I can fun half-marathons. So as far as I'm concerned, I'm still winning!10 -
@loopydo2017 Your post has now inspired me to make fitting into my wedding dress one of my goals! It was almost 12 years ago and 3 large babies.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
I have a couple NSVs. First, I haven't quit. This is my first month doing the UAC - typically I'll start logging on MFP only to quit after a couple days. I honestly don't know if I've made it a week before joining this group. So - THANK YOU! Also, my attitude with my kids is much more patient. I don't know what it is - but I like it. Feeling more and more like myself.

Rick
Oatmeal is my "go to" almost every morning, enhanced with some flax meal, plus a few grams of raisins and chopped walnuts. Bonnie's picture is very familiar and makes me feel right at home. Glad you were inspired3 -
@RangerRickL, thanks! I'm so proud of myself that I was able to resist the donuts! Lots of credit to this group of encouraging, supportive friends who have made me stronger and more confident in my choices!!5

I won’t track food forever but for now I still need to! Yesterday was yes x3 - strength training. Today was yes x3 - a 5km walk/run.
NSV this month is that my husband and I celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary on the 5th. Every few years I pull out my wedding dress for fun. It was an expensive dress so I might as well get some use out of it! It is a very fitted dress and was custom tailored to my body 12 years and 3 kids ago. The last time I pulled it out, it did not fit... this year it did and I felt great in it!
I’m also excited about seeing some definition in my arms even when I’m not flexing.
Congratulations! Wow O! the wedding dress fits.

Good morning,
Some of you may remember me … lol......I've been away for a week now. Took a trip to see my daughter receive her Master's degree in nursing and it was so wonderful. Very proud momma At the beginning of my trip I started off with good choices, however getting my exercise in just was not happening. At pit stops we were wanting to get right back on the road. As those days accumulated and the wine poured I found myself less concerned about making the right choices. Although I did think of the UAC challenge often throughout each day. My positive takeaways from this trip and my NSV also, is that I started reading a book called the Alcohol Experiment. It inspired me to set a date to start the "experiment" of not drinking for 30 days. As of today I am 3 days alcohol free. Feeling great!
So now that I'm back to a regular schedule I'd like to jump back in here. Last I tracked was the 8th and I was at 4 pass days. Pass days for the 9th - 13th.
14th & 15th Yes's times 3. 14th without exercise and yesterday with the exercise. I was at an all day training that provided lunch. My Jason's Deli tuna sandwich...….JUST A HALF was 400 calories...…..wow!!
Total of 9 pass days.
@RangerRickL Really enjoyed the Ted Talk. I feel connections with those we love is very important. I also feel a closeness with many of you here that have been such a fantastic support system. Thank you!

Yes x 3!
Exercise was intentionally walking at an outdoor mall. It is also part of my NSV: Deliberate consideration of how I will intentionally move my body each day.
NSV Quote: You can either have excuses -or- results, not both.6 -
Yes to all 3
Still here getting inspired. Thank you5 -

Some pretty recent NSVs, went down a size in tops and leggings. Funny because I thought the clothes were stretched out, but I’d lost inches😜5 -

Super late to post this but I was just thinking of an NSV that has developed.
I've noticed that instead of looking for a parking place that will "save steps" I'm now looking for a parking place that will give me more steps. Doug used to ask if I wanted to be dropped off at the door since my knee hurt so much, but now I tell him to park out toward the back of the parking lot and I'll get more steps in.3 -
