Hi guys! It's been a while, but I think I need to join the challenge again as I've gone a little too slack with my diet & exercise (gaining 20-25lbs)
the challenge's description says we're allowed to join til the 7th of each month but I was still able to join today on the 12th and I just wanted to know if I'm allowed to do that or if I gotta wait til June, I don't wanna be intrusive lol4 -

Hope all the mamas have had a great Mother's Day. I'm not with my kiddos for the first time ever, but I'm at the beach!! A drunk guy in 7-11 wished me a happy Mother's Day, so there's that! LOL! I had brunch yesterday with my oldest and his wife in Chattanooga, and as we were driving along A1A in Florida today I had a nice, long phone call with my youngest son.7 -

Yesterday’s walk caused further knee damage - live and learn. So today I kept activity to chores. I keep a kettlebell in the living room so when I walk past it, I’ll do a set of any number of exercises.6 -

Explained UAC to my family otherwise it would have been impossible to sneak off for those 25 minutes (full house this weekend). Very happy to be able to use this challenge as justification to get some exercise in even on busy days.4 -

Great Mother's Day for my wife...2 granddaughters, Phoebe and Daphne stayed with us for the weekend. They made Mother's Day scrambled eggs with me as we prepared Rose a breakfast. Later we visited a public park filled with lilac bushes and tulip gardens. Lovely!!

Had a lovely mother’s day- got my weight lifting in which felt great, walked the dog with the family and played a little golf with my husband and 2 young boys. Also had brunch with my mother - and stayed under budget.
