I don't interact much, but do spend the time to read through everyone's posts. @ForAmanda222 walk to school week? I have a collection of badges my daughter earned. It's a good way of getting the kids walking to school.

I can finally report a non-pass day for May!!!! 3 X yes, whoopeeeee! Now let's see if I can make it 2 in a row!

Exercise-yes. Wow, I really didn’t think I’d do any today but I set up a daily reminder for this challenge. Even though I’m limited due to my injured knee, it’s up a sort of circuit training at hone with a kettlebell, etc and got my 20 minutes in - woot! Thank you all for your support!

@w8goal4life I feel like seesaw like I'm not really going anywhere. But as long as I'm consistent that's all that really matters. Hoping to see some real progress.

@RangerRickL. Loved the TED talk. Amazing study.

I am a bit of a loner. This is part of my extreme INTJ personality (also likely undiagnosed ASD as it was not diagnosable when I was a child. I am in the "high functioning" side of the spectrum, so can operate in society and have found my niche). However I feel blessed that I found a life partner that I can rely on. She knows me and accepts me for who I am.

I know I do not reach out often enough. Sharing with UAC is at least one avenue in which I do reach out.

@craigo3154 I’m so glad you do post here. I have learned SO MUCH from your postings & your success in maintenance (gave me Hope!)
I am the daughter of two Extreme INP’s (their I & P scores were the largest they could be), one T and one F. I’m married to an ITNJ.
Introverts think deeply, using a vast fount of knowledge. I love having their thirst for learning in my Life!
I an an E/I, F, N, P/J. Most, in the workplace, thought I was an ETNJ. Now, retired & pursuing art, I’m more I, more N, more P.
