I've been at the helm of the UAC for almost 4 years, so it's exciting to me when team members take the initiative to make this team even better.
It's important to do your daily post within the daily UAC Sign In Discussions. But now, there is also a lot of sharing going on within the What's On Your Mind section. Take a look there too for great ideas and feedback among our team members.

Short walk today between showers. Rained on and off the entire day.
Got a lot done today though. Had a fasting blood test done, made an indoor aerial for the TV (using knowledge I learned from flying - works surprisingly well - we have never had an aerial on the roof in the 20 years we have been here), taxi'd daughter to and from roller skating, rebuilt one of my race quads.
Hopefully less rain tomorrow and I get a chance to test what I have re-built.
@RangerRickL. Thank you for highlighting the "What's on your mind today?" thread. I never realised it was there. I will have to start reading and posting there.
@ShareASmile. Great photo of a deer in the forest yesterday. They camouflage surprisingly well. We get deer in the forest here too occasionally, even though they are not native.

Hi there x have been a bit hungry today first time since I started. Neverthess yesx3 I have exercised: got a low step out 3" and did 30 mins with music on and watching "treadmill tv" on you tube to give me a nice view. I have tracked everything and am under my set limit - currently set at maintenance just to take it steady x I have lost 1.5lb of my 5lb weight loss target for May. Hope you're all well. @RangerRickL Four years! That's amazing!
Yes X 3 for me. A little under the weather so just got 20 minutes on my stationary bike at a leisurely pace, and just squeaked by calorie-wise, but this is the first day in a long time that I didn't comfort eat while feeling IBS-ish. So I'm happy.
At the risk of looking like a copy-cat, we had an amazing visitor to the bird feeder today that I want to share ( @ShareASmile thank you for that beautiful dear photo ).

By mid-morning I found myself mindlessly stuffing my face with bread and peanut butter to "deal" with the financial stresses we have. But I stopped. Had a nap when my toddlers napped. And watched what I ate the rest of the day. No real 'exercise' but I did spend an hour cleaning the house and I did lots of lunges and squats while cleaning. Lol. I'm really proud of myself for not completely blowing the whole day. 😊11 -

I had my second outdoor run of the season and managed two fifteen minute continuous runs with only 1 minute of walking in between them, so I'm pleased with my progress gearing up to my 5K at the end of May. Plus, I took a path on the river I'd never taken before, so I got to explore a little!12 -

My company started an employee step challenge - I love challenges and having something to work for. Now I'm addicted tk walking 13,000-15,000 steps in May on top of my regular workouts.
I'm also working on reducing my coffee intake to just one cup per day in May.
