How to talk about my weight loss in front of a skinny teenager

My 13 year old daughter is super skinny, and a super picky eater.
I struggle to talk about my own weight challenges and trying to "eat healthier" - while also helping her "eat healthier" but in a different way.
I don't think she has an eating disorder that I know of, but I'm scared the more I talk about all of this, I'm going to breed an eating disorder in her.
I don't mean to say some of the things I say, but my quest to lose a significant amount of weight and change my lifestyle has become a major part of my life. So it's hard not to talk about it.
What should I say or not say to help her grow up with a healthy attitude about food?
