Full time worker and a Mommy of 2 (8 y/o and 5 months old boys)
Update Day 8 of 16:8 Intermittent fasting (IF). The first 4 days of IF was the worst I had to endure, but i kept it up, telling myself that no results will show without the effort. i had zero energy and dragging myself at work. After coming home and having a meal, I'd push myself to do a light HIIT workout and at least 10 mins of biking at home. It literally took EVERYTHING out of me to do that and keep up. And not to mention being a new Mom and a full time worker, it was harder than it has ever been.
Day 5, i started noticing all the positive changes that everyone talks about....i was energetic, my skin was glowing, and didn't have any hunger pangs/headaches.
I made sure I worked out at least 20 mins each day.
I finally start to see result physically and so does my husband.
Starting weight: 134lbs
Waist: 30"
Hips: 40"
After 7 days of IF along with exercises
Weight: 129lbs
Waist: 28"
Hips:40"
Goal: (Go back to my Pre-Pegnancy Fit Bod)
Weight: 110lbs
Waist: 25"
Hips: 40"
One step at a time, but its great to see some type of result for your hard work.

When I am at work, i do not think about food at all. I just have my coffee in the morning and continue to drink water until I get home (6PM ish).
However, weekends are the hardest (although its my 2nd weekend doing the IF). My fiance LOVESS to throw it down in the kitchen for Breakfast. He SPOILS me. Best breakfasts I've ever had (including resturants/hotels).
So, as usual, he surpised me with breakfast this weekend as well. And I had to tell him how much I love and appreciate him for doing it for me, but I will have to eat it after 5PM. He was a little presistant and kept on "oohing" and "ahhing" while eating but honestly, I wasn't hungry, so it was easy for me to put it off.
Around 5PM, I broke my fast with his A1 breakfast and it was AMAZING! He says he doesn't think I need to lose weight/ be fit because he still can't get his hands off of me. But I had to have a serious conversation with him last night and told him that I am doing it for me and I need him to support me.
He understood and he stated that he will be more supportive in my effort regaining my Pre-Pregnancy Body.
