Hi! I'm Andie. I'm a mom of two, a seven year old and a 6 week old. My 6wo is in NICU, so I'm pumping for her. I have no idea where to start to lose weight while producing milk. :/

    Hi, Andie. I hope your little one is doing well. Did you figure out how to lose weight while keeping your milk supply up? I'm struggling with that currently, and was hoping for some advice as well.
