WOW! That bear! Crazy! Do you think Tess would engage?
Mary, I hear ya on the food stuff. I did SO well all month, and then last week didn't. I haven't done my weigh in for this month yet, either. Shoot. I am still under goal, but it might be the highest I've been in a long time, too.
I'm enjoying a particularly quiet morning right now. We've had a houseful all week, and later tonight or tomorrow morning we get Dd22's dogs for a few days, so it will be crazy. 4 dogs is too many dogs! Especially since hers are more needy than ours. I'm completely unsure of how sleeping arrangements will go ... we'll see, I guess. There is no way I want them all in our bed! (but that is their usual at their home)

That is a "full house", Lisa.
No, don't believe she would engage...since that photo was taken at the corner of our property and she probably wasn't more than 10-15 yards away when she was going nuts. Our detached garage was preventing me from visualizing the intruder. She quit barking and came back to me after the bear crossed the road and disappeared into another neighbors yard. I spoke the neighbor across the road later and he said the bear poked around a shed on his property that he was working inside of and then just moseyed on.
I think Tess was just happy that the bear kept moseying. She has gotten wiser with her advancing years. Love that dog. Not as smart as Sarah Jane, but just as big a heart and just as courageous.
Gonna take her in today for a shave down. She has gotten shaggy again.

Our irrigation system is up and running. Henry found it and lives to play in the water. He comes in soaked. Ha.
Girls night. Birthday for the lady who Drinks way too much. I’m leaving early.

Good luck Lisa, how about introducing a couple of them to one of the spare room beds?! I didn't allow our pets in my bed, but encouraged them to take over the kids beds LOL. It worked well and all, esp the kids, were happy!
Got a nice longer walk in after work with my 5yr and 3yr neighborhood boys and their Momma. They sure brighten my day and make me giggle! Happy Im getting to know them! They come "call for me" haha lol. "Miss Mary can you come out for a walk with us!"... Mom texts me a heads up first LOL.
