Jillian's diet plan?

I have been on this 30 day shred for about 18 days and am just now hearing about Jillian's diet plan that we were supposed to be following while doing 30 day shred. Anyone else find out kinda late in the program?

Didn't even know about it. I just increased my water, dropped the soda, stayed under my calorie goal and added in a protein shake Seems to be working out aright.0

nope, i know theres one with the extreme shed and shred but didnt know there was with this. im just keeping to my water as much as i can and sticking to my calories as much as i can. i found eating them back after exercise wasnt working as it slowed my weight loss by 5x. if you find it though post it as im sure a lot of us would at least take a look0

I went to the website and they offered the meal plan for $4 a week, I'm not buying that. I kept searching the web and finally found the meal plan and recipes for free. Basically, its 1200 - 1300 calories a day. I tried the cod, and it was bland and terrible, wouldn't suggest that one, but the turkey sausage link and yam for breakfast was really good. I also like trying new things, so that was great. I'm digressing, sorry. Here is the link:
