Hello. I'm new to the group. Not new at trying to lose weight. I was on WFPB and didn't lose a ton of weight, but I wasn't doing the things I needed to, like drink water, exercise, track calories. I went back to the SAD diet and gained the weight I did lose back and felt drained. I am back on it as of a few days and am trying to do everything that I need to with it. I decided to track calories to help with the weight loss. Even after a few days, I feel so much better! My energy level is going up and I just feel good! I was glad to see a WFPB group here. Do you share recipes ever? Always looking for something new to try.

Hi there. I have been moving toward a plant-based diet for the past three weeks. I tried it a few months ago but found it challenging with a family of meat-lovers. I bounced around between plant-based, low carb, keto. I like plant-based the best because I have more freedom to eat. I love vegetables and legumes. I'm not crazy about meat. Looking forward to better health, mind, and body. I love to cook and am glad to share recipes. Last night I made lentil soup and a vegan Caesar salad.

Hi there, I have been WFPB SINCE 15/03/19. Didn’t start tracking until 01/04/19 but since tracking everything I have eaten & drank I have lost 5KG. I am loving this new way of life. I have a family that I cook for daily so do a version for me and for them daily. So all I can say is keep up the good work. I certainly shall. I am 5 stone overweight so know this has to continue for my health.
