We will use My Fitness Pal to track our meals during the contest. If you are unfamiliar with this, we will go over it during the nutrition class. EVERYONE will automatically be entered into the contest with a one time $20 equipment fee to be added in the month of May. (There will be a family rate). We can charge this to your account or you can bring in a check or cash.
The winner of the contest will have completed 21 days of tracking their meals on My Fitness Pal. Meal tracking is the only criteria for the contest. We hope that we have great participation and compliance with the tracking contest. All participants that log all 21 days of meals will be entered into a random drawing to win either a month of FREE membership, $50 cash or a $50 gift certificate to Sun Meal Prep.
