30DS--How heavy are your dumbells?

    I started out with 2 lbs, then on Day 5 switched to 5 lbs for most. Just started Level 2 yesterday and am doing mostly 5 still. I can't imagine moving up to 10. Who knows though.

    Well I guess I'm the wimp here! That's alright, no shame here for me ;)

    I started with water bottles, moved up to 1 lb walking weights and then up to 3 lb dumbbells and I'm comfortable here for now.

    Yay another water bottle girl :-) Started out the same way, working my way up... Some exercises I use 5-6lbs and for others I use 3lbs, depending a lot on the exercise. On lvl 1 I was on the 5-6lbs but on lvl 2 I'm afraid I'm down to the 3lbs - arms feel like they are falling off.

    Get the 15 pound weights and go up from there......

    I use 4 pound weights and they're KILLING my muscles! I have basically no upper arm strength, so I'm actually considering moving down to water bottles or something. I've done 3 days though, so maybe I should just push myself!

    Depending on which exercise I alternate between 6lbs and 4lbs but I mainly stick to 4lbs.
