My name is Thérèse and I am a Biochemist here in New York City and I follow a Ketogenic Diet which is a form of a low carb diet. Because of this I do not have to suffer through high-impact/intensity workouts because my protocol is so efficient. I have already lost a great deal of weight this way and am joining different communities such as MyFitnessPal to keep me motivated.

I attend a lot of NYC Shape Up events (Which are free if you didn't know) predominately in the Bronx and Manhattan and have a membership at XSport Fitness which is a phenomenal gym in the Bronx and Long Island. I am able to bring a friend if I want at no extra cost and I am looking to find workout friends that share my goals.     Hi My name is Tara and I have about 50 lbs to lose and also following a keto diet. I live in Yonkers but I work in the BX in the healthcare field. I recently joined Blink fitness and have going almost everyday. It would be nice to have other keto friends. I had some work buddies but they gave it up and I am in an office that is very low carb UNFRIENDLY...donuts, cupcakes, etc.I have to charge my fitbit but we can add each other. I can also bring guest as well so maybe we can do both sometimes for a change.
