Access on the WellBeing Portal- The sky is the limit when it comes to your health! For the month of May focus on physical fitness and movement by aiming for 30mins of moderate activity each day! 30mins of moderate activity is equivalent to 25 fitness points in the WellBeing tracker. Challenge dates: May 1-31 2019.
The goal is to log 750 fitness points during the competition!
