Think about it... You have all these clothes, coats, shoes and you probably haven't worn them all.

Here's your challenge. Go through every single item of clothing and decide whether it needs to be thrown away, donated or kept. Keep a tally of how many in each category.

For every item going in the trash: 1 double crunch
For every item being donated: 1 set alternating jump lunge
For every item staying around: 30 seconds of high knees

NOTE: Please donate to your local thrift store, instead of places like Goodwill and Salvation Army. It's better off to deal town / city wise than within a big company.
