New Member & Week 3 of LIIFT4

Hi Everyone! I am new to this group and excited to hear others ideas for moving forward.

I'm on week 3 of LIIFT 4 and it is KILLER! After doing programs where I had some sort of work out everyday (T25, 21 Day Fix/Extreme, Insanity, etc) its really refreshing to have a 4 day program.

Although I love the program & Joel, I struggle with actually seeing the scale go down. Seems like I'm gaining instead of losing :neutral: Anyone else experiencing this?

  • Hey girl! I know it's been a while since you posted this but how did it end up going? Are you doing another program now?
