Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 62 minutes of barre/pilates/yoga strength this morning and a 2 mile walk.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes!

Exercised: 35 minutes elliptical + 20 minutes laps in the pool + 16K steps
Calories: No

Pass days: 2/3
Ate okay but not great at the conference lunch, and then there were treats at the volunteer social for the conference, and that put me over. Enjoyed the food, however, and am glad that I was able to socialise and relax. Expecting the next couple days to also be full of food I don’t normally eat, but they’re key parts of my holiday enjoyment, and then it will be back to a more nutritious norm. Still working on balance, but feeling good overall.
