    Exercise? Yes
    Calories? No, gave in and let the emotional eating and drinking have control. I did reach out to a dear old friend I haven't spoke to in months. We visited for 45 minutes. Friends are so important.
    Tracked? Yes, even the DQ ice cream cake I remembered was in the garage freezer....

    The one thing; my one thing that really is making a difference is really a one thing that is for another group, but it is drinking less. Although last nights behavior doesn't reflect it, I am making great progress in reducing/eliminating alcohol from my lips which goes to my hips.
    Have UAC is also an excellent source for me to get my 20 minutes of intentional exercise in. Because of UAC I do find myself making more effort to follow through.

    If you were to identify the one big thing that has made the biggest difference in your weight loss and/or maintenance success, what would that be?

    My one big thing is realizing that NOBODY can go on my behalf /will do this healthy/weight lose journey for me. It does not matter how much they love me. Therefore excuses are not to my benefit. My attitude changed once I came to that realization.

    Exercise was 30 minutes walking and 31 minutes mowing the lawn
