    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, PT for the day - am incorporating squats, lunges and triceps work into my routine (started for PF and Diastasis issues - have now progressed into making sure I'm doing other exercises correctly so those issues don't progress again)
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Pass day #2 - worked out but friend's birthday party led to not tracking and going over on calories.
