Exercise? Yes, three times todayLoving the yoga! Can't wait to start Aqua aerobics at the outdoor pool next week!
Calories? Yes, well under......even without the exercise. Weird thing happened...….I wasn't hungry at dinner. I had a different schedule yesterday, so I ate a salad about 30 minutes before my lunch time, then I didn't eat the entrée until about 2:30...….when I realized my frustration with numbers was because I was hungry... Then had errands after work, then off to yoga. When I got home...….I wasn't hungry!! I didn't want to make myself eat, so I ate the only thing that sounded good......watermelon! After adding my exercise I was 800 calories under my budget. Whooo…. and I made it through the night without starving
