Yes x 3 for Monday
On track with calories, plus an hour long boot camp.7 -

Exercise- Yes, 44 min cardio
Cals- Yes, 26 under
Tracked- yes, 128💦 and 19g fiber
I totally agree with logging food daily- I’ll add weighing protein, measuring too. Find a 24oz cup drink 4- you’re at 96oz! 5x- you’re at 120💦 Also measuring is important. Great motivator, especially when the scale might not be moving much😊
Such great advice from everyone!7 -

amazing day! spent the afternoon outside and when i came home i squeezed in a lil muscle toning workout just to get the most out of my calorie burn. usually i end it right there after the walk but i felt really motivated to do a lil extra today!
a couple NSV: i can fit into another pair of shorts and i look great in them i'm so happy! i also have so much energy when i go on my outdoor adventures, i don't even realize i've been out for 2hours without much rest! 🌟 💪
Awesome day @dancefloortragedy! With exercise and yours NSVs! So exciting your shorts fit and you look and feel nice in them😊 Woo hoo!!!

4 Pass Days
Exercise? Yes, still on the stationary bike and now wearing a brace. I think it's helping, hope to know within a month.
Calories? Yes, WITHOUT exercise...…….I LOVE it when this happens
Tracked? Yes
To answer the question of the day...…….my first thought is what has been stated by several others, but to repeat
It's important to know yourself, what works for you, what your challenges are, what you enjoy. Stick with the things you know that work. If you don't know what they are get out there and experiment and find what you enjoy to do!! Biggest tip is, just GET STARTED5 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, C25K
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, and under, with no exercise calories.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes. I even weighed a brownie. A serving is something like 29 g. That is basically one bite. So disappointing - but I stuck too it.
I'm loving the advice from everyone else! The things that have worked for me (in the past and now), is that I had to truly decide to do something about my weight. I've gone through periods where I want to do something, but I don't prioritize it, or only lasted a few days at a time. This ended up in binge and guilt eating - only making the issues worse. In April I finally decided to stick with it and prioritize it, and things have gone much better.6 -
Yes to all three

My advice? One day at a time. Just because you slip up one day doesn't mean that you can't get back on track tomorrow.3 -
