Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

I go in fits and starts... sometimes i will sleep like a log, other times i have insomnia for a quite few nights. I think with me it stems from times i have a lay in ...the night i cant sleep.

Sleep - always try to aim for 7-8 hours. Last week one night it was only 5.5hrs and I could feel it by the 2pm the next day. I just try to remember that feeling and get to bed early.

Lol my husband says I sleep like a good baby.
I also do not use an alarm clock but my husband does. We switched to a sunrise alarm which is a light that slowly brightens and mimics the sun. He gets up so easy now, no snooze, no awful beeping.
I can not say enough good things about this type of alarm clock.
DH works a swing shift so his sleep schedule is awful. Lol he also has a fan, a white noise machine and a sleep apnea machine -his nightstand looks like a hospital room but he gets good sleep!
