    Group Accountability
    Exercise? NO - 2 days of busyness, & lack of planning. Should have exercised early, before it all hit.
    Calories? YES
    Tracking? YES
    Pass? 2 :(

    Personal Accountability
    10 in 20 on track? YES for Day 7 & 8 of 20. Dropped 08.6 lbs so far
    Hydration? YES
    Supplements? mixed bag. Keep forgetting those morning ones.
    Sleep? FAIL but slightly better.
    BP monitoring - Never figured out why it spiked, but it's coming back down. Pleased because really didn't want to incr. meds.
    Note to self - don't worry about the passes. It's about accountability, not wins. The longer I stick with it (passes or no), the more success will come.

    I got started on MVF to lose weight and I didn't want to pay the weight loss industry. I also wanted to eat my own food. I have had mild success (2 steps forward, one step back). I am really happy with Hogwarts and if I could stay consistent with UAC I might make some real progress.
