On target and was able to complete a hard boot camp.
Looks like many MFP app users are experiencing issues. The community hasn't been loading for me. Workaround is to access it through the website. I was so relieved once i got here haha8 -

3 hours of gardening. I’m lucky to have a sweet side gig doing something I love. I can feel a real difference from last year in how I’m working. I was pulling a heavy tarp and really had to dig in and use power thighs.
Really good on Calories, only about 20 under with no exercise eat backs. I have a tendency to under eat when I’m busy. Which not only doesn’t give me the fuel to keep me moving with a positive attitude but leads to a day of overeating.
Being consistent is important for my health.3 -
