It's nice to see them all together like that! I didn't manage the fiber, eating away from something to read or watch or the doing some 'me time' activity but managed the rest! I'm actually so proud of the challenge from last Wednesday - I can't believe I am still crispless after a week! I have to admit I don't think I've gone more than a day or two before for as long as I can remember! ^_^0

Pidge! That is SO great about crisps! I'd call that a MAJOR victory, not just a milestone. Hang in there--and plan an appropriate (non-crisp) reward for yourself when you get to two crisp-less weeks! Seriously. Wicked cool!
I also did not rise to the screenless day of eating challenge. In fact I got really bummed out by it. BUT it did remind me that if I wished to scarf or nibble I must be careful and mindful with my meal planning and portion control BEFORE I sit down with my book/screen/cereal box. So I still took away something positive (kinda) for my trouble.0 -
Pidge: GREAT job on your victory!!! And in overcoming your true weakness. Great job taking control!
m23: I too failed at the screen challenge, but I count everything BEFORE as well, bc if I didn't I would mindlessly eat my way to death... lol (that was partly a joke btw).
I was trying to clear up the discussion feed (it was getting over crowded to me, and m23 as well) but I did not want us to forget everything we have accomplished up to now. Its a great reminder of NSVs and SVs alike.0
