I am just starting keto-flex and would love any tips, fave recipes, good resources, etc that anyone cares to share.

I am still not getting enough fat. Keto-flex limits to 1 dairy a day and most fat bomb recipes I have seen use cream cheese.

My tip is that if you use MCT oil - It is available at Costco now on the oil aisle. About 1/3 the price we paid at Sprouts.
