To do the 30 Day Shred, you'll want the video and some light handweights. I use sets of 3 lb, 5 lb, and 8 lb weights. The videos used to be on YouTube, but I can't find them right now. There are videos of other people doing the workout that you can follow along with, or you can buy the streaming workouts from Amazon for less that $6 here: https://www.amazon.com/Jillian-Michaels-Day-Shred-Season/dp/B00355L2TU

I also have files of the workouts that work with the phone app SecondsPro -- an interval timer. Let me know if you'd like the files; I'm happy to share them. :)
