So last month was hit and miss, I hope you will all join me in making healthy commitments for this upcoming month!

My goals for this month is to:
- Eat low carb
- Step a minimum of 5k steps a day
- Fast a minimum of 18hrs per day
- Drink enough water to stay hydrated
- Engage in prayer and meditation daily3 -
My goal already started on June 2:
Drink adequate amount of water
Commit to exercise 5 days a week, incorporating weights.
Stay true to my eating regime(Lean meats, vegetables)

I'm late to the show, but count me in!
Intermittent Fasting Currently 16:8, moving towards 18:6.
Daily Morning Meditation.
As challenges with my goals arise, focus on the fact that, "This may feel difficult at times, but living an overweight lifestyle is even MORE difficult. This is light work... I've got this!"0 -
