Fitbit Coach sessions

I have been all over searching trying to figure this one out. I have a Fitbit Versa and use Fitbit Coach to do daily workouts. I understand that my steps are synced daily to give more exercise calories but does the fact that I did an aerobic workout sync over or do I log the Fitbit Coach session?
