Don't bother with fat burners, they are nothing but a scam. As for a good pre workout, I recommend looking for certain ingredients. Creatine, Caffeine (lvl depends on your sensativity), Beta-Alanine, Citrulline, Sodium Bicarbonate (baking soda), amino acids (BCAA) and Nitrate.

I wouldn't even recommend a pre-workout mix. Find a pump mix or non-stim pre-mix. If you need energy for your workouts then carb load about an hour prior and a couple of minutes into the workout you'll start to feel it. However, if you're adamant about getting a stim pre, then I advise Eminent Push. Remember to cycle with caffeine too. Every 3 months of consistent caffeine use, take 3 months without it or you'll start to develop serious health problems (heart palpitations, HBP, etc.).0
