Aaaand I'm back y'all once again! Hopefully for the last time...saying hello before my yoga practice. i keep falling off the wagon but I pull myself up and do it all over again. Still down nearly 50lbs from my heaviest but I am now 50lbs heavier since i created this group! I'm ready to do this once again!!! I have bought a fit bit about a year ago that has been helping me quite a bit and is almost like a game everyday to try and reach your goals. I'm ready...y'all want to do this with me?

as long as you start, that makes the difference. You got this take your time count calories instead of restricting yourself, have fun burning calories you can burn calories by doing fun things too like dancing, skating etc. Good luck0
