Little bit off the deep end on exercise. Hill repeats that more or less equates to 90 minutes of climb. 1500 calories for that. I ain't gonna eat it I swear. But I can have a cookie. Well maybe a beer. Overcast, humid, cool, didn't put sunscreen. Wore heart monitor. Ran my heart out tighter than I do for a steady climb as opposed to hill repeats.
Lots of people there. Trail runner girl was there. I think she still runs 10k every other couple of days. Dresses comfortably. I feel strong. My knee feels good. I think I could do something tomorrow. I got 24,663 for the month. I don't see 30,000 happening but I might get a merit badge for 25,000.
Gots to be fun. I guess I am having fun. Mebbe I better go camping.

That's OK...it still counts! I have some crazy days, too. It's just life, and tomorrow is another new day to practice better habits!2 -

Today was a challenge we ate out twice - outback at lunch and an Irish restaurant for dinner. Managed to keep the calories in check by skipping breakfast (something I never do!) and ordering a Caesar salad with grilled shrimp at outback and a spinach salad with strawberries and blueberries with chicken and a shallot dressing for dinner. Stayed well within the calories even during a full day of eating out - whew! But with all the running around I barely squeezed in a workout but I did!3 -
