25 min am dog walk
35 min pm dog walk with 15lb dumbbell in a backpack. Challenging myself to start "rucking" to burn extra calories on walks.3 -
Yes I laughed at myself, had an opticians appointment, sat on wrong chair, couldn't follow instructions so had to start again, it was a pantomime!

Mini-vacation with hubby. At Brewer game. They won but was it HOT!!!! We were in the sun in the lower level and then during the 6th inning moved to the top level where there was shade.4 -
