I did a longer walk tonight to make up for lack of cardiovascular work the rest of the day, which felt good. I'm going to try to keep that up on days that are otherwise sedentary.

Today is pass day#2 for me. We had a potluck at work and I ate more than I should have. I have been late in posting my progress but am catching up reading everyone's wonderful posts, especially the NSVs!!3

Exercised?: Yes (I tried "rucking" last night; I had read about it on an MFP blog. So I loaded nearly 19 lbs of textbooks in my backpack and strapped it on while I walked and jogged around my house while watching Star Trek Enterprise. That's how I was able to torch so 311 calories in only 23 minutes. I hope to make it through an entire episode next time (tomorrow). Fat be gone!

@RangerRickL and others, thank you for your recognition. I have been inspired by so many people in this group myself.
Yesterday was another Yes x 3, but “barely” day. I did the bare minimum 20 min on my stationary bike and had only 11 calories to spare. That was probably part of the reason I didn’t rush to post.
But I’ve been thinking about it, and days where I have lots of time and energy, and everything feels easy, I probably don’t need this challenge. Days where I have to make an effort just to meet UAC minimums are when this group becomes really valuable.5 -
