My NSV for this month is being very much in tune with my body even though I have been very stressed. I was able to manage my eating and exercises. I didn't track as usual but I was always talking to my "stressed self".
I know that may sound funny but, those of you that know me here (UAC) know that I have some truths I say to myself. They were very handy during this pass 4 weeks.
