@craigo3154 is in the Southern Hemisphere, but even he gets outside and walks and enjoys drone racing competitions.

Today was a house task day..very productive. But I cannot complain because I've spent the past few days playing..boating and swimming and having cookouts with family and friends!8 -

No real exercise as it's my rest day but walked to the shopping mall and back instead of bussing it. 25 mins each way, so that counts!

Calories? Yes. Under goal by 2 calories. In fact, I was over goal and thinking about taking a pass day when I remembered I hadn’t entered my exercise.
My worst weight gain inducing habit is eating something sweet when I feel lethargic, and I fell back into that a little today. Danger Will Robinson.
As to Rick’s question, I’m going to cheat and serve up something fun I did yesterday: stand up paddle boarding. We only get to go out once or twice a season (life’s just too busy), and my kids were making bets about me falling in, but to my pleasant surprise, I jumped on and paddled around like an old pro. Not even a “get their hopes up” wobble. Ha!10 -

Great day today watching my former boss officiate at the marriage of a good friend and former co-worker to her new spouse. So wonderful for this couple to enjoy a second chance in this life with a forever commitment between them. I don't have many occasions to get all prettied up anymore, so I enjoyed the festive ceremony while wearing a very chic dress and jewelry...Was it fun? You bet...just like playing "dress-up" when I was young!9 -

I finished picking my cherry tree and took cherries to my neighbors. Then I went to my granddaughter's birthday party. I made a yummy Cherry/raspberry crisp for all those who didn't want birthday cake. Had a great day!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Really not feeling well today, so I took advantage of my rest day. But I still got a 2 mile walk in this morning to ensure I hit my 10,000 steps for the day. Today is day #69 of my step streak and I didn't want to lose that!

Today wasn't really filled with fun as I've been oddly lethargic all day. But that's OK because the last five days I've been off were filled with TONS of fun things, all of it with my hubby, so it's OK today wasn't the most fun. Those days sure made up for it!8 -

Good evening everyone Hope you had a nice weekend!
I had a very BUSY work weekend. Have tomorrow off and then back to work on Tuesday...yes x 3 for me today.......cutting close on the calories though. Shows I have more but do not like to use exercise ones. Just squeaked on that glass of wine with supper
@RangerRickL it is GREAT to be back! Checked for your site as soon as I started charting again! Waited for the beginning of July to join. Bud is doing very good as well. Looking forwars to sharing my new journey with all of you10 -

My fun stuff of today was having friends over for lunch and then two of our adult children and their families over later in the afternoon. The weather was perfect and I did not overeat despite all of the visitors. The reason that I did not overeat is because, here at our house, we are the hosts and we have the food that fits the UAC program.
Great day of relationships and lots of time outside with the grand children.
