I find tracking to be essential, even in maintenance, as I would otherwise become complacent. A kitchen scale is a prerequisite for accuracy, as I weigh everything in grams. As a side note...am I over the top when I also weigh Annie's food daily and track her weight weekly?!#$%$#!??? She's the "bestest" dog ever, so I want to make sure she's around for as long as possible

@goldthistime IMO: the best relationship and exercise post of the day, "30 minute bike ride with my 84 year old Dad." Makes me happy...a 68 year old Dad and Granddad.8

@jan110144 Today, west of the Chicago, the day started hot and humid, but I was up early and rode Charlie, the quarter horse in the outdoor arena. We had to walk around standing water between the barn and the arena. Last week, we had a duck in the arena. Tonight, I just got home from my sister's home where they had a picnic that had t move indoors due to this evening's deluge.2
