Well done to all the winners! Looking forward to getting to know people throughout the month!
First time here and starting the month as I mean to go on. Food planned for the day. 20 minute dumbbell arm workout done and now, for work. A small 0.4 loss this week after lack of logging and focus last week. Juky is my ninth to push myself to be the best version of me!

28 min walk before work and another 25 afterwards, also a 20 min dumbbell workout.
Steps = 13,869

Budget = 1460 + 299 (half my exercise cals) = 1759 allowance
Total consumed = 1579
Deficit = 180cal
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
yes, and planned my tomorrow, playing around with portions to check I stay under.

July (and Aug!) might be iffy for me since I leave for a trip to Alaska toward the end of the month. In the meantime, I will try to stay focused.
What a difference a nice breeze makes when it is hot out. Great lesson on Annie today and then rode another horse. This made the hour in the pool this afternoon feel really good. So, lots of exercise, good on food, and everything tracked. All in all, a really nice summer day!9 -

For the next month and a half I am going to tighten up my calories a hair and add a little extra umph to my workouts. I do this intermittently and it really stimulates my body in a refreshing way! No better time than the summer!11 -

It's great to have a dog to walk with. I take mine, but she is an old dog with very short legs (Corgi) and our 20 minute "walk" is more of a stop and smell the roses (or other things 🤔) endeavor than any form of real exercise. But she loves it!5 -
Hello all! Exciting to be starting a new month. Shout out to @RangerRickL for running this group again. Much appreciated.
It’s Canada Day here and I had an active happy day. Played with my older grandson in the pool in the morning, went to a Canada Day festival carrying the younger one, then went for a good walk with my husband after the grandkids went home. Indulged in a quintessentially Canadian Tim Horton’s muffin and still stayed under goal.

I forgot how hard this challenge actually is. Almost had to take a pass day but I persevered and walked on the treadmill at the gym while watching Beat Shazam. Time goes by much faster when watching a game show...lol!10 -

Exercise? Yes 2 sets of stationary bike for 15 minutes. Skipped water aerobics due to catching a head cold with a nasty sore throat.
Calories? Yes, with exercise. I was affraid I'd go over on my first day when my husband "being nice" handed me an ice cream sandwich after dinner.
