T25 - I'm starting to lose energy.

Hey all.

I'm in week 4 of T25 and up until now I've been doing great but for the past couple of days I've noticed that I'm really not getting through the workouts like I used to. I'm thinking it could be my eating habits but I'd like some opinions. About 30 minutes before I workout I drink 1/2 packet of vegan chocolate shakeology with about 1-2Tbsp of peanut butter and 1/2 cup almond milk. I feel like it used to work well for me but now I'm not so sure. What are other people eating/drinking before they do their workouts?

    Remember, ShakeO is a meal replacement, not an E&E drink. My pre-workout drink is Muscle Pharm Assault. Beachbody's E&E (Energy and Endurance) mix would work also. If you have a Vitamin Shoppe or something close, go there and look for "Pre-Workout" drinks. That's how I ended up with my Muscle Pharm.
