Challenge Description: Most of us spend an average of 90% of our time indoors each day. That’s not surprising considering our fast-paced, technology-packed lifestyles. This month we’re focusing on getting active outdoors! There are many health benefits that come from spending more time outdoors, so do yourself a favor and hit the great outdoors!
Registration Date: June 25-July 8, 2019
Competition Date: July 1- July 31, 2019
Competition type: Individual
Registration: Self register
Challenge Goal: Complete 15 activity checkins for the month
Award for meeting goal: Reach the challenge goal and receive the Get Outside badge
Qualifiying Activities: All activity that can be done outdoors. Some examples include:
◾Bike ride
◾Canoeing
◾Walk
◾Gardening
◾Run
◾Go to the park
◾Hike
◾Swim
◾Rollerblade
◾Skateboard
◾Play soccer
◾Volleyball
◾Basketball
How to Enter the Competition
◾Click the blue Enroll Now button below or click here to go to the Competition Page
◾Select the Get Outside Challenge
◾Select Enroll in the competition!
How to Track your Activity
◾Click here to go to the Entries Screen
◾Select "Step" under Fitness
◾Select a date and the activity you did
◾Enter how many steps you completed
◾Click Save.
