Does anybody do yoga? I am trying to get into it and not sure where to begin?

    Hi Jocko, I haven't done Yoga since I was in college and that was a very long time ago. I'd start with a session at a local yoga studio...many of them offer a freebie for first timers. They are all over the city. So start by searching in your area. Good luck.
